Tarta de peras

Recipe for making a delicious pear tart that will delight the whole family.

Ingredients 6 personas:
A fund of puff pastry
6 ripe pears and beautiful
(can also be made with pears in syrup)
3 eggs
125ml de nata liquid
70 grams icing sugar
Cinnamon or vanilla sugar
A little oil or butter for greasing the pan.
Elaboración:
Spread the pastry on a greased pan and chop with a fork.
Peel 6 pears and cut into 4 taking away the hearts.
Place the pear quarters over the pasta and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Beat the three whole eggs and add the fresh cream and 70 grams icing sugar.
Pour egg mixture, cream and sugar over pears.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes.
Once out of the oven you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar.
