Arroz basmati con bacalao

Ingredients 4 people:
400 grams of fresh cod
300 grams of rice
650 ml fish stock
3 garlic cloves
half an onion
1 nora
1 pepper
paprika
Saffron
sal

Boil the bones and skin of cod to make a fumet, Strain and reserve. Cut the cod into pieces and book. Cut the pepper into small strips and garlic in foil, chop the onion and fry all with Nora and a little olive oil. Add a glass of white wine and let reduce, then add the fish stock and the pieces of cod, paprika, saffron and a pinch of salt, When it starts boiling add rice.
