almost unchanged. Good, not quite, actually, therein lies the secret of delicious Kopi Luwak. When the beans pass through the animal's digestive system, undergo a type of fermentation due to the action of enzymes and stomach acids that break down certain proteins into smaller molecules. The result is : an incomparable sweetness and caramel.
Defendant in perfumery for its fluid perineal musk and searched for their fur fur striped and dotted, this animal is particularly appreciated by their droppings.
