When the kitchen is closed, she is always there, available in the refrigerated display case at any time, the humble salad. Nada como una rica ensaladilla bien acompañada. A mi me gusta mucho la que sirven en el bar Donald, de la calle Canalejas, además de la ensaladilla tiene una versión particular, “brazo sanluqueño”, que consiste en una papa cocida rellena de ensaladilla de marisco…mmmm! totalmente recomendable
