Tapas in Seville — 02 September 2011
Bar Las Golondrinas

The typical tapas from Seville has two of its best examples in the local Las Golondrinas is open in Triana, a en la calle Campos Antillano, and the other, newer, Pagés del Corro in. Both treated and with the same exquisite tapas menu. The sirloin tip is mandatory, and grilled squid highly recommended, artichoke dressing (raw, cut little girl, with lemon, tomato and tuna) is a real marvel, found only in season and usually end soon, Grilled mushrooms with garlic and parsley sauce specialty of the house are delicious. Emphasize the carrot dressing, to expect great caps, serving rapidly, even in the case of rations.
The amiable staff, reasonable prices and guaranteed quality make it one of the favorite sites of Seville, and a sure bet for tourists who want to know the essence of Triana.

The only drawback I see is that on weekends (and feast), both sites are often filled (there's a reason) and can not be a soul. But if you catch site, date with a song in your teeth and get ready to.
